In Afghanistan American soldiers, serving there abused another soldier of Asian descent…a Chinese-American to be exact.

“Chen was forced to crawl with sandbags on his back and had to duck to avoid rocks thrown at him that were supposed to resemble artillery fire. He also had to endure racial slurs because of his status as a Chinese-American.”

The incidents were reported to his superiors but they failed to act, probably thought being “racist” is normal or accepted in the army.

Apparently Draconid meteor shower happen every October, but are usually quite weak to see. However, this October 8th there will be a meteor shower that is larger in scale than previous events. Meteorologist say that the coming meteor shower event will pose risk to orbiting space crafts around earth.

My question is, how close to earth are these meteors going to be to earth?

While searching for more information on the upcoming September 27ish, 2011 earthquake predictions, I came across this phrase on one of the search results in Google “WSEMA Conference: September 27-29, 2011 (registration information). …”. This interest me, so I clicked on it and the website belongs to the Washington Military Department, Emergency Management Division.

On the Washington Military Department, Emergency Management Division website http://www.emd.wa.gov/ there is a tab called “Events” and when I clicked on it, I was eerily shocked because this was what it says:

Here’s an example of a Florida woman who killed her baby son for interrupting her game of the popular FaceBook game “Farmville”.

Apparently she shook the baby to death, then had a cigarette to relax herself then shook the baby again.

Although this is not the first case of infant death due to game addiction. There have been others like a couple in South Korean that left their baby at home and went out to a gaming parlor to play World of WarCraft and forgot about their maybe. They returned to a dead child.

Currently most of the Android smartphones out there run Android OS version 1.5 to 2.1.
